a different shore, a whole new different world

arww.. my first blog in eons, and already i had my blog draft erased just like that, for no reason. so now that i feel i had my thoughts robbed, i'll just cut to the chase.

jolted out of my otherwise lazy uneventful weekend, i had an invite to eat zichar at Ubin. the idea was so refreshing that i didn't think twice to say yes.

most creative dish: ice-cream (in those retro-looking mini tubs) wedged in mantou
creator of dish: Fragrant (aaron)
after-dinner entertainment: jean, me, mamtaz, fragrant in a fireworks display
most relished drink: Kikapoo
transport of the night: $2- bumboat ride

currently watching: some Korean flick -- "the days on Bali island" (oooohhh check out the dudes and their bold fashion sense)
